  • tlc can help!  We have given grants to play groups for toys, fun day sponsorship, sponsorship of a local football team and are always happy to consider your ideas.

  • the handyman scheme is available to all tenants and offers a hassle free solution to all sorts of odd jobs.
  • as a tlc member, you get a £5 per hour discount on the Handyman scheme.
