In order to apply for a tlc card, all applicants must: 

• have been an Incommunities tenant for at least 6 weeks
• have a clear rent account. If you are in arrears, you need to make arrangements and have made 12 payments in a row
• have paid rechargeable repairs
• have an up-to-date gas service (if applicable)
• grant us reasonable access to your property for servicing
• sign the residents’ charter and stick to it

• respect our neighbours and their homes
• keep our home and garden in a reasonable condition
• respect communal areas and facilities
• be responsible for our children
• ensure our visitors respect the community
• respect and support minority groups
• take responsibility for our pets
• promote a crime free and safe community and report incidents of anti-social behaviour
• have the right to a quiet and peaceful life

• tenants must apply to join the scheme using the tlc application form.
• tenants must meet the qualification criteria to join tlc and will be suspended if they no longer qualify.
• we reserve the right to stop running the tlc scheme at any time giving tenants one month’s notice of this decision through the tenants’ magazine.
• we reserve the right to change the terms, conditions and membership criteria of the scheme. Notice of any changes will be published in the tenants' magazine.
• members can get up to date terms and conditions by requesting a latest copy of our tlc policy and procedure.
• we reserve the right to change the rewards on offer and/or the contractors supplying them at anytime giving tenants one month’s notice of this decision through the tenants’ magazine.
• we will not be responsible or liable for any product or service provided by a third party supplier, the provision of which shall be subject to that supplier’s terms and conditions.
